I work directly with my clients.
I do not employ sales agents because I want my clients to receive my personal attention and direct access to my professional experience. I determined early in my career that I wanted to provide a high level of service to my clients. I believe this is best achieved by being personally involved in every aspect of my clients' transactions rather than supervising salespeople.

I work with a limited number of clients at one time.
I don't play the numbers game. My philosophy is to work selectively with only qualified buyers and sellers. That way, I can focus my efforts on truly serving my clients when they need me.

I am a member of the Multiple Listing Service.
My listings receive full coverage with all other real estate companies, and I have full access to properties for sale. Our Multiple Listing Service, called RE Infolink, extends all the way up to the San Francisco Bay Area.

I operate a full-service real estate company.
My office is fully computerized and staffed. In addition to a full range of real estate sales and purchase services, I also offer complete property management services: tenant screening and selection, rental agreement negotiation, maintenance management, vendor payment, and monthly income statements.

I honor my commitments, and put them in writing.
My selling clients, for example, receive a written "Strategic Marketing Plan" designed specifically for their needs. This Marketing Plan spells out exactly what my commitment is (advertising, promotion, etc.) and acts as a valuable reference tool during the marketing period.
